About Pat

Pat Serkedakis joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston in 2008 after relocating to the Triangle from the Atlanta area where he was a successful REALTOR. Pat has been licensed and active as a real estate broker and is now a REALTOR Emeritus. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA and a major in Real Estate and Urban Development. Pat has been active in real estate sales, management and training. He has experience and knowledge and has developed the skills and techniques necessary to excel in any market. Jane, Pat's wife, is also licensed and provides back-office support to make sure transactions go smoothly. Pat and Jane have two daughters, Brinkley who lives and works in New Orleans with her spouse, Alicia Franck, and Emily, married to Paul McAllister. Emily and Paul have a daughter and both teach school. Pat is an avid sports fan, Jane is at home in her garden, and both love good food and great wine . They have a rescue dog named Harvey after the hurricane that brought her to the family.
