About Paul

Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a decorated 20-year career with the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland, retiring as the Supervising Sergeant of the Traffic Unit. During my law enforcement career, I worked closely with local, state, and national officials and assumed leadership roles in high-profile events and cases. That experience strengthened my skills in communication, problem solving, and decision making—qualities I bring to real estate leadership today. As a full-time resident of Oak Island, I am proud to serve as Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In this role, I focus on supporting and mentoring agents, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that our office delivers the highest level of service to clients throughout our coastal communities. I am also actively involved in recruiting both new and experienced agents who are eager to build their business in a collaborative and supportive environment. My wife and I relocated to Oak Island in 2017, pursuing our dream of coastal living. Together we launched our real estate team, Shore Thing Agents, and built a business rooted in service, professionalism, and strong community ties. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, exploring the region on my Harley Davidson, volunteering, and supporting causes such as the Wounded Warrior Project, Alzheimer’s Association, and American Diabetes Association. As Managing Broker, I am committed to creating an environment where agents feel supported, clients feel valued, and our community continues to thrive.
