Historic Flat Top Cottage, built in 1946 by an eastern North Carolina lumber mill owner. The house has juniper walls and ceilings and maple floors throughout. It is a true work of pure craftmanship. The house consists of five bedrooms, three baths and two half baths. One of the bedrooms with bath is separated from the main part of the house and is reminiscent of olden times. The property has a huge outdoor entertainment area with a large 12 foot by 36 foot pool and hot tub. The house is located on a 150 foot by 150 foot lot.
