He used to come and camp form time to time across from the pone. YOU DON"T OWN THE POND. You might have land across the road on other side of pond where the overflow is located but needs new survey to determine that line across road is in fact true. Make offer knowing you have to get a survey for lines.Older plat is recorded at the county lot 13 if that works for you, them your good to go and close asap.
