Hi! I'm Ian, and I'm proud to help people buy and sell homes with Coldwell Banker Realty here in North Carolina. I was raised in Texas but moved to North Carolina in 2016 and haven't looked back since. I also took classes at UNC Charlotte, which helped me build great local connections and a real appreciation for this community. Before I found my calling in real estate, I worked in law enforcement - an experience that taught me the importance of trust, clear communication, and truly looking out for people. I carry those same values into every client relationship today. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales, but more than anything, I care about doing things the right way. I believe that buying or selling a home should feel honest, exciting, and stress-free - and that's exactly what I aim to deliver.
