About Beverly

Beverly has been a resident of Concord NC for 30 years. As the daughter of an ambitious young executive, and later a military spouse, Beverly lived in six states before calling North Carolina home. During the past 12 years, her career as a District Manager and as a Retail Consultant for major corporations afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Carolinas. This experience provided her with a unique understanding of the area, and a deep appreciation for all that living in North Carolina has to offer. Additionally, she gained extensive knowledge of commercial real estate, facilities management, and landlord/tenant relationships. Beverly's interest in real estate developed into a passion for researching residential properties. This coupled with a strong desire to assist others through the transaction process, led her to a career in Real Estate. With an extensive knowledge of the Concord and the surrounding areas, Beverly is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When Beverly isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys gatherings with family and friends, and spending time outdoors and in local parks with her two dogs. She is also an avid artist who enjoys photo realistic illustration and graphic design. Charities: Led local/regional campaigns for St.Jude Children Research Hospital and March of Dimes 2008-2019 raising over $500,000 in donations.
