Meet Valerie As a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience, I have built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and top-notch customer service. I began my real estate career in 2001, serving clients in Washington, DC, and the surrounding metro areas. During that time, I specialized in all aspects of residential real estate, including luxury homes, condos, coops, and land purchases. I brought my proven track record to North Carolina in November of 2019, and now I have the pleasure of serving clients who desire premier waterfront homes, lots, and land purchases in the area I affectionately call “My Little Lake Gaston.” But Lake Gaston is more than just the market I serve - it’s now my home. Although I grew up in Philadelphia, PA, my family is originally from Littleton. I spent summers as a child and young adult visiting grandparents every holiday and each summer. My childhood memories of the area, and a desire for a slower pace, brought me back. Since 2016, I have fallen in love with this beautiful community, and I am committed to bringing value to the area, not just through my real estate expertise but also through my future involvement in local initiatives and community business and events. On any beautiful weekend, you will find me and my husband, often with our family and of course our grandson, casually cruising the lake, supporting the local restaurants, and enjoying our daily sunset cruise. Southern living is a charming and hospitable way of life! I’ve learned to slow down and sip a cold drink on my front porch, create a beautiful garden of fresh herbs and vegetables, pick fresh blueberries and grapes from local farms and vineyards, and of course enjoy a day of hiking and wine sipping at the many local parks and wineries. The area's history leaves nothing unsaid; we all play a part in what makes this area great. As someone once said, “And though she be but little, she is mighty”……..this sums it all up for me. With a passion for negotiation and a keen eye for detail, I have consistently been a top producer and award winner in the industry.
