Although I’m originally from upstate New York, I spent a few years in Charlotte, NC post-college. Since then, it’s been my goal to make North Carolina my home again.So, In 2020, after our youngest child graduated from college, my husband and I decided it was time to trade the mountains for the coast, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! After dedicating 25 years to corporate sales, assisting business owners in achieving their goals, I finally pursued my "dream job" by transitioning into Real Estate. Starting as a mortgage loan officer, I assisted homebuyers and homeowners in determining the best financing options for their homes. For the past two years, I have proudly served as a North Carolina Realtor/Broker in the Wilmington, NC area. During this time, I've successfully assisted over 35 families in either finding their new home or selling their existing one. You will find my experience on both ends of the of the real estate process to be a great advantage as we work together. I am truly a relationship builder, and more often than not, my clients become lifelong friends. My commitment to delivering excellent customer service, working diligently, actively listening, and fulfilling my promises is unwavering. In my leisure time, my husband and I continuously explore the Wilmington area, marveling at the plethora of offerings it provides. Our love for the ocean is evident, as we can be found walking our dog Layla on the beach, even in chilly weather.
