Wow I wasn't sure if anybody actually reads these agent bio's! Here's a little about myself: I grew up always competing in many sports. I played Ice Hockey, Tennis, Baseball, and Soccer growing up, and I bring that same competitive spirit to representing my real estate clients and getting them the best deal on their perfect home or investment property! In 2003 I moved to Wilmington to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice from UNC-Wilmington. After working for several Fortune 500 companies after college, I decided to act on a lifelong interest I've had in real estate investment properties. Over the past 3 years, I have been an active member of the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Investor's Association. This has provided me the opportunity to get to know the prices and trends in our real estate market. In addition, I have worked alongside many investors, contractors, agents and other real estate professionals in the area. I look forward to using this knowledge to help you find a great home--whether it's going to be your primary home or an investment property. I have developed a keen eye for spotting potential defects in properties as well as what improvements will add value. In my free time, I love being in the outdoors, especially on the water and beach with friends, family, my girlfriend, and my Black Labrador Retreiver, Ella. I stay in physical shape through running with Ella (she never gets tired, no matter how far I run her!) and playing beach volleyball. I watch way too many shows about real estate and construction trends on HGTV and DIY Network. Additionally, I have enjoyed volunteering during the past few years with Port City Community Church and also with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity where I've helped build over 20 houses .
