I moved to the Wilmington NC area from Connecticut and was attracted to the near perfect climate and abundance of experiences it provides for my family and I. This area is a great place to live, work, volunteer, relax, and retire. My wife and I enjoy the gorgeous sunsets, beautiful beaches and plentiful outdoor activities. We love walking on the beaches, taking bike rides, taking advantage of the planned communities with amenities and exploring the vibrant arts, restaurants, craft breweries, and wine-tasting scene in historic downtown Wilmington. Located on the Cape Fear River, Wilmington has a university and college, a convention center, symphony orchestra, dynamic performing arts, and occasional outdoor art festivals. The state of NC has large cities to explore in Raleigh and Charlotte and beautiful Blue Ridge mountains all within an easy day’s drive for spectacular weekend getaways. Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Savannah, all wonderful coastal cities loaded with great touring and food experiences, are nearby options as well. With 10 years’ experience in the military and 20 years in the business operations world I have a unique set of skills well suited to help you fulfill your Real Estate needs and desires in southeastern NC.
