About Jason

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, my wife and I moved to Wilmington after just one visit. We instantly fell in love with all that the area has to offer. From the beautiful riverfront and beaches, to the local flavor and history, we knew that this was where we belonged. As a real estate agent I am honored to help others experience that love and excitement by helping them find they’re dream home here as well. I believe our area holds something for everyone. It is my goal to help others find and obtain exactly what makes their dream come true here in the Wilmington area. At its heart, my job as a Realtor is simple—but it’s not easy. There is a lot that goes into every real estate transaction, and issues can pop up around every corner. This is why I am here—to see those issues before they happen, and to smooth them out if they do. For sellers, my job is to market and sell your house. For buyers, it is to find you the house you’ve been searching for. For some clients I will handle both of these tasks.
