About Brenda

I obtained my real estate license in 2002 after I had relocated to 3 different states and had personally gone through the home buying and selling experience. I learned that communication, education and the clients' best interest are the key elements in providing outstanding service. I wanted to improve upon the process for others as it is one of the biggest transactions we make in life. I have been a licensed agent in Texas, Maryland and now North Carolina and lived through "seller's markets" AND "buyer's markets". I prefer to take a more consultative approach with my clients by educating them to the market so they can make the best decision for their individual buying/selling needs. I pride myself on strong negotiating skills as well as always being available to my clients. My husband and I really enjoy the Wilmington area and all that it offers as well as going to the beaches, playing golf and occasional pickle ball. We are very excited about the growth, opportunities and what is yet to come!
