I am the team leader of Coastal Sales Group of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty. We have the experience necessary to handle any situation and I love helping people realize their dream of owning property here on the Outer Banks as well as inland areas. I handle all areas of the Outer Banks from Corolla to Avon... PLUS surrounding areas such as mainland Currituck to the VA border, Camden, Pasquotank & Perquimans counties. I have lived on the Outer Banks since 1991, in 1992 I got my real estate sales license and started in Outer Banks real estate sales. Then in 2002 I decided to further my education & obtain my Brokers license. I also continued my education and earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. My family & I lived in Kill Devil Hills for over 30 years & now reside just over the bridge in Currituck County. We are also remodeling a 1927 craftsman home in Hertford, NC (about an hour and 10 minutes from the OBX) I am very familiar with both areas. I represent a lot of investors, first time buyers, military families. I take special care to make sure my clients are happy during and long after the sale.
