Oceanfront in Kitty Hawk. No Rentals to Honor. Yours This Coming Summer. Oceanfront on the Outer Banks doesn't come up often, and it rarely comes this clean. This 5-bedroom Kitty Hawk cottage sits directly on the beach with unobstructed ocean views for miles, and it's not in a rental program, so there are no bookings to honor. Close and it's yours. Only the second owners in its history, and it shows. They've cared for this place and are now ready to pass it on. The open floor plan lives large, built for gathering, and the screened porch facing the ocean is where you'll spend your mornings with coffee and your evenings watching pelicans skim the waves and dolphins roll through the surf. You're in the heart of Kitty Hawk, walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the beach, and minutes from the Wright Memorial Bridge for an easy run back to Virginia. Vacation home, second home, or full-time residence, it works for all three. Oceanfront inventory is tight. Don't wait on this one.
