This is a nicely wooded tract with what appears to be moderately well drained soil. Access path is decent, extending from Hwy 58 and into the southern end of the property. Timber is close to maturity. It would be difficult to log given the long, narrow shape of the lot, and the location on a very busy highway. Slope is level, and there is evidence of previous structures on site.
