About Tiffany

I purchased my first Outer Banks home at the young age of 23. My adoration for the area started in the Gulf Stream where I started my fishing career as the first female offshore fishing mate in Hatteras Village. From there I continued to travel the globe as an offshore mate and angler, enjoying world-class fishing, winning many billfish awards and tournaments. I have traveled extensively to far off locales to design home furnishings. I also enjoy gardening, fishing, kiteboarding and traveling with my two wonderful children ages 6 and 9. I have spent the last 16 years designing residential and investment homes on the Outer Banks and around the globe. From villas in Mexico, island retreats in the Turks & Caicos to the Bahamas and beyond I have been fortunate to work with many wonderful clients to make their dreams and investments come alive. My work on the Outer Banks has brought me close to our coastal community, local trades and many of the top builders in the area. Understanding our coastal rental market helps me anticipate trends utilizing my experience to dynamically stage and market my client's properties. With a background in design and home furnishings, I believe the one of the most important things we can do is love our surroundings.
