In this beautiful coastal community I met my future wife, Samantha, after her move to the Outer Banks from Northern Virginia. What began as a chance meeting in this coastal community quickly turned into a shared vision of building a life here and fulfilling our lifelong dreams of coastal living. After starting a new chapter together and celebrating our marriage in May 2025 at the Sanderling Inn, I truly appreciate how important “home” is—not just as an investment, but as the foundation for life’s most meaningful milestones.
