With over 20 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the local market. Like so many, I vacationed on the Outer Banks with my family and dreamed of moving here one day. As a kid in the 70's and 80's I remember my excitement as we drove over the bridge to the unspoiled beaches of Nags Head. In the 90's while studying Interior and Graphic Design at Radford University, I lived here in the summers, waiting tables and bartending at local restaurants. It didn't take long before I met Joe who later became my husband. With his background in construction and mine in sales and design plus kids on the way, I got my real estate license in 2001. Together we have purchased, sold, flipped, rented, managed, prospered and yes, even suffered in this crazy market. Today, with our kids in college, we are empty nesters. We stay busy with work, rentals, friends and our three-legged Golden Retriever, Peach Hobbler. It can be quite the balancing act but I wouldn’t trade it for anything else!
