About Josh

Joshua Krezel was born in the Midwest where his family values, hard work ethics and passion for taking care of people led him to a career in healthcare. During his two decades of success in healthcare sales and marketing he learned the value of customer service and the importance of building trusting relationships. His professionalism and dedication to delivering results earned him respect throughout his career. His interest for real estate began when he and his family started a company making home accessible for individuals with disabilities. Through his work with the Veterans Administration he found his love for serving others. Joshua moved to the Triad in 2008 and now calls Clemmons his home where he resides with his family. When he isn't at work he enjoys spending time with the family, fishing, camping and exploring all the North Carolina has to offer. He also enjoys working on his garden and refinishing furniture.
