Hi, I’m Janice Olan, a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and a proud member of the Jacksonville Team Figueroa. I moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina 12 years ago as a transplant and quickly built a beautiful life rooted in community, service, and connection. Janice is widely known for her heart for service and deep involvement in the community. For more than 12 years, she has been actively engaged in Onslow County Schools, serving as PTO President, providing classroom support, and working as a guidance office receptionist. Her passion for helping students succeed and motivating them toward successful futures speaks volumes about her dedication, organization, and ability to advocate for others. As the proud mother of a Morehead-Cain Scholar, Janice brings empathy, discipline, and excellence to everything she does. Serving Jacksonville and the surrounding Camp Lejeune area, Janice specializes in helping individuals and families navigate transitions with confidence and care.
