About Kailey

Kailey (Adams) Norman is the Broker In Charge for the HPW Hillsborough & Mebane offices, where she works diligently to help her agents to expand their businesses and experience success in their real estate transactions. She enjoys coaching and training and is committed to providing each agent with the support they need. Kailey is originally from Tampa, Florida and spent part of her childhood in San Diego, California. Growing up her family bought and flipped houses, and completed much of the construction themselves. She learned everything from plumbing and electrical, to laying tile and hanging sheet rock. She moved to Winston-Salem in 2005 and graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. Kailey is enthusiastic about everything she does. She is well organized and understands the need for professionalism and integrity in all her agents' real estate transactions. Kailey has many hobbies and loves to be outdoors. She is an avid wakeboarder, skier and snowboarder. She enjoys being outside, at the beach, in the mountains - she is always looking for a new adventure in real estate and in life. Kailey takes pride in keeping up-to-date with the current market and inventory to better assist agents across the Triangle Area. From the belt-line, to the outskirts of the newest developments, Kailey assists her agents in finding the best properties to fit their clients' needs. By truly learning her agents' goals and asking the right questions, Kailey is able to provide support for each agent in their real estate endeavors. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each agent succeeds.
