Ed has been a NC Real Estate Broker for 52 years, Residential Builder for 15 yrs and Residential Appraiser for 2 yrs within that time frame. The Stafford Family Opened their Real Estate Office in Jamestown in 1955. They later merged into 4 companies to form Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors in '95/97. Ed has been a Realtor/Broker with Coldwell Banker Advantage for 25+ years. He was Broker-In Charge of High Point Office from 2006-2015. Ed worked with his father, Bow Stafford, and now carries on the legacy with his daughter, Kelsey Stafford Elliott. Working with their team is a 2 for 1 deal. Ed is an experienced agent, who brings 5 decades of industry knowledge, including a background as a general contractor and licensed appraiser, to expertly evaluate homes and the market.
