Very Nice 2011 Doublewide, 3 bedrooms 2 bath home with a very open concept yet still has a a dining room, laundry room, fireplace, split floor plan, all in good condition. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Theres lvp thru out living room and dining room and it looks really nice. House also has wood fireplace. HVAC Doesn't work Im cking to see if theres a furnace for heat. and home is being sold as is. however, I doubt there's too much is wrong considering age and condition. With right offer owner may consider getting Hvac fixed . Private lot, Snug Harbor has a pool, club house, basketball court etc for only 156.00 per year. I think a very small extra fee for the pool, it has a park and boat access, It has turned in to quite the community!!!
