About Leontine

EXCELLENCE, EXPERIENCE & ENTHUSIASM… As the Managing Broker for the Havelock office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Leontine is known as a compassionate, insightful leader who understands how to help people unlock their potential and chart a path to success. A certified real estate coach, she has effectively engaged her experience and skills to educate and support both new agents and seasoned industry professionals. Leontine was born and raised in England and came to the United States in 1992 with her husband John, a Marine. They set up their first home in Havelock, but like most military families they moved constantly over the years, before coming back to MCAS Cherry Point in 2001 with their three children. Having previously worked as a manager for a large bank in England, Leontine ’ s background would come to serve her well. She transitioned into a real estate in 2003, quickly excelled in her new career, and is now able to leverage her knowledge and expertise to guide her agents the achieve their goals. Leontine has completed the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and Military Market Specialist designation and has been consistently recognized by Coldwell Banker with awards for production. Leontine earned the prestigious designation Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and later the Certified Residential Specialist designation which is held by less than 5% of agents nationwide.
