Her career has taken her from the coastal charm of North Carolina to the sunny landscapes of California, following her husband’s service in the United States Marine Corps. Before real estate, Lee Ann enjoyed a fulfilling career in nursing—a background that instilled in her a deep sense of care, attention to detail, and commitment to helping people during important moments in their lives. Those same qualities have been the foundation of her real estate success for over two decades. Lee Ann is proud to hold both the Global Luxury Specialist designation and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, demonstrating her expertise in serving both luxury clientele and buyers at every stage of the homeownership journey. Now her family has retired to the beautiful Crystal Coast in Cape Carteret, where she enjoys the coastal lifestyle she has always loved and takes pride in sharing the area’s unique charm with others.
