About Trevor

Hello, my name is Trevor Hall. I am currently a Real Estate Broker & REALTOR in North Carolina. The firm that I work for is Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, and I am a member of the Diane Castro Real Estate Team. I have been working in real estate since 2022. As a retired Air Force veteran, I moved around the country a few times and I was always interested in the how’s, the why’s, and lawful compliance of the real estate industry. After my 21-year Air Force career and retirement in 2010, I was employed by Lockheed Martin, working on the F35 program. I was involved in the testing, evaluation, and manufacturing of the F35 for the next 12 years and moved twice during that timeframe. Again, there was interest in the real estate business, and I decided to focus my career on a different direction. I wanted more self-satisfaction in my career, and I knew that could be attained by helping people and families through their journey of purchasing real estate. I had been fortunate enough to be able to purchase several new & used homes in my life and learned both good and bad through those experiences. I believe that buying / selling a home or property should be an enjoyable and memorable experience shared by both the client and the agent. I use my previous military experience to lead my clients through the process of purchasing real estate by knowing the business leadership style to utilize to attain the best results.
