About Joshua

Joshs time in the Marine Corps introduced him and his family to Eastern North Carolina. After 20 years of service, he retired and settled down in Michigan. It only took a few years for his family to agree, it was time to move home, back to North Carolina. He enjoys running with his two dogs, Murphy and Cloe, playing pickleball, and reading, but his favorite hobby is spending time with his family. He is married to Sara and they have three children. After 20 years of military service, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion and two years at a local high school working as an Academic Advisor. Josh chose to pursue a career in Real Estate. According to Josh “my role is to find your perfect home or list your current house and then navigate the winding path, from showing to closing.” As your agent, Josh believes it is his responsibility to understand your wants and needs and who you are. Homes are as unique as the people that live in them.
