Sabrina Harmon’s German sensibilities are just one of the reasons why she believes in the power of investing in real estate – and she is committed to helping others with the process, too. As a trusted agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C., Sabrina combines knowledge, organizational skills and genuine caring to guide home buyers, sellers and investors in the counties surrounding Fort Liberty (formerly Bragg). “I have been interested in real estate ever since I purchased my apartment in Germany in 2010,” she recalls. “When the military brought us to the States in 2014, and we bought our home in Fayetteville, I wanted to know more about the market here. For years, I've also been taking care of our family's vacation home in Florida, which is an Airbnb, so I had to learn a lot about houses, repairs and rentals.” Along the way, Sabrina – a full-time wife, mom of three and Latin teacher – earned her North Carolina real estate license. “I love houses and I’m a people person,” she says. “Helping others finding their dream home is rewarding and combines the two perfectly.” In her free time, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her husband, now a Veteran, their kids and the family dog, Toby.
