About Nicole

Nicole Martinez is a Fayetteville native that has spent much of her time traveling the great state of NC to get a better understanding of the state she calls home. Nicole is the youngest of 3 children and also has four children of her own. Her husband and she currently reside in the heart of Fayetteville so that way she is not only your agent, but is also your neighbor. She chooses to remain a Fayetteville resident to stay current within the community that she serves. Nicole has always had a love for education as she has worked within Cumberland County schools and held many positions to help serve her community. Sales has also been a huge part of her life as she worked for more than a decade for a large retail store; First, in sales and later she became a member of management. Soon she began to realize that her passion for education and sales was a perfect combination to serve her community as a REALTOR. Once Nicole became a REALTOR, she chose a brokerage that is well known and offers continuous training. Coldwell Banker Advantage came highly recommended.
