About Natalie

Natalie Geddie is passionate about helping military service members and growing families navigate the real estate process. She also understands the challenges of frequent moves and is eager to help anyone who is in the process of relocating. “The military market holds a near and dear place to my heart. I grew up the third of seven children, and my Dad was active-duty until I was 26 years old,” says Natalie, an agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C., the #1-ranked Coldwell Banker franchise in North America. “I always thought it was so cool when people were born and raised in the same house – since I was far from that,” she adds. Natalie was born in Washington, D.C., and lived in Maryland before moving to Fayetteville at age five. Then it was on to Kansas, Hawaii, Kentucky, Japan, Virginia, Alaska, back to Fayetteville, Virginia for college … and finally back to North Carolina. She and husband Tripp – her high school sweetheart – and their dog, Swig, are now happily settled in the town of Eastover in Cumberland County. In many ways, Natalie has been preparing for a real estate career her entire life – her frequent moves as a child and young adult, her organizational skills and an eye for details, and her love for touring old and new homes admiring their uniqueness and beauty. An honors graduate of Christopher Newport University, Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with minors in Sociology and Philosophy. “I worked as a contractor for the Marine Corps for four years after graduating from college. I was a Team Lead for the Public Affairs and Combat Camera Systems for Marine Corps Systems Command – and then moved on to the Advanced Amphibious Assault Contract,” she recalls. “After I left there, I worked as an administrative assistant for Coldwell Banker while I was in school and then with Alpha Mortgage for about two years before coming to Coldwell Banker as a real estate agent.” When she isn’t working, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, horseback riding and taking long walks.
