About Megan

Growing up in a military family, Megan Wilson always looked at each move as a bright, new adventure. And the moves were many – every two years or so. “The process of relocating was always so exciting for me because we got to start fresh with a new house, in a new town, with endless possibilities and the ability to make this new environment ‘home,’” recalls Megan. Perhaps it’s no surprise that Megan chose a career in real estate, helping others buy and sell their homes and move on to the next chapter in their lives. Combined with her passion for interior design, DIY, and staging properties, she has found the perfect career fit. Megan is based on the national award-winning team at Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, North Carolina, home of Fort Liberty (formerly Bragg). “Finding the perfect home can really change a person’s or family’s life, and I feel so blessed to be able to play a role in that process,” she says. Megan knows the area well and has close ties to the community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Methodist University and is married to a Fayetteville police officer. They make their home in Historic Haymount with rescue dogs, Honey and Moose. She has been long active in Immanuel Baptist Church, including the children and youth ministries, and also volunteers in the nursery.
