About Kristie

Kristie Holden understands first-hand the needs and challenges of so many in our communities – military heroes and their families. I have spent my adult life being an advocate and helper … and have experience with relocating as a child, as a service member, and as a spouse, she says. Kristie grew up with parents who were stationed at Fort Bragg. She is a U.S. Army veteran, the wife of an active-duty Special Operations soldier, a mom of four and grandmother to one. While serving in the military, she excelled in the field of Human Resources and also has worked for the Department of Defense. She earned not one, but two, Master’s degrees: in Business and Human Resources. Her organizational skills, attention to details and prompt follow-up easily transfers to her current profession as an agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville. She is committed to assisting home buyers, including first-timers, and property sellers. I’ve moved a lot over the years, and with every move, nothing was more important than finding the right home for my life at the time, she says. I like to share my lessons learned to make the journey a little easier for others. I truly believe that one little extra thing can make a life-changing difference for someone. When not working, Kristie enjoys reading, traveling and spending time at home in Raeford with her loved ones, including the family puppy, Zoe Bug. My son is on a travel basketball team, she says, and I usually find myself being the team mom. I also love riding my bike and participating in half-marathons. Supporting those who are military-affiliated is never far from her mind. Kristie is a member of the Joint Special Operations Association, a nonprofit group that awards scholarships, memorializes the fallen, and supports JSOC and its family members.
