    About Gary

    Graduate of NCSU in 1971 as an Industrial Engineer. Began a part-time career in real estate in 1979 and started my own business in 1985 with my wife. Got my NC General Contractor’s license in 1990 and subsequently started a construction company and built about 30 homes in and around the Fayetteville area. Retired from the Department of the Army as a civilian in 2011 with the US Army Special Operations Command as their Director of Business Transformation and then continued in real estate full time with Coldwell Banker Advantage. I have a diverse knowledge and skill set of all aspects of real estate with great attention to detail in assisting clients make sound real estate decisions.
