For Erica Cook , home really is where the heart is. “I love everything ‘home,’ from cleaning to decorating,” she says. “I love hosting parties and gatherings with family and friends. Creating a space that is inviting and cozy for all who enter.” It’s no wonder that real estate became a natural career choice for Erica. Now an agent on the Becki Bolton Team of Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C., Erica is passionate about helping others find a place to call home. As a military spouse, she also understands when it becomes necessary to sell one’s home and move on the next chapter of life. “I’m excited to help everyone!” she says. “No matter what season of life they are in. I want to help them find that safe place they can make their own.” Prior to real estate, Erica was a stay-at-home military wife and also worked in the children’s ministry at a local church. She grew up in southern Indiana and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University Southeast. She went on to the University of Louisville to earn a master’s of education degree in counseling and personnel services. When not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, and Marion, their German Shepherd/Lab mix. She volunteers at Manna Church and is involved in helping organizations that support military families.
