About Emma

Emma Arreguin enjoys a challenge – whether it’s running half-marathons or helping home buyers and sellers with victorious outcomes. As an agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage, she is well-positioned to guide her clients with the latest market knowledge, technology tools, and calm under pressure. Emma’s interest in the business has been cultivated over the years. “In high school, I enjoyed driving around looking at homes, but did not see a career in it until later,” she recalls. “I realized after graduating college that I was passionate about finding the right homes for people. When I visit new places, one of my favorite things to do is look at homes in the community.” As a mom, wife and native of Fayetteville, N.C., she is well-versed about the area and all it as to offer. “I have enjoyed the challenge of learning the market as it changes, creating CMAs (comparative market analyses), and helping people in our community find a home they love,” she says. When she isn’t working, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, including a Bernedoodle named Arnold, attending church, and lifting weights.
