Solid Service, Every Time Colt Powell honed his customer service skills the old-fashioned way: working in the fast-food industry. He began on the bottom rung of his family’s McDonald’s restaurants in the Fayetteville area, working his way up to supervisor. He learned a lot – and feels blessed by what his grandparents and parents built up over the years before selling the businesses in 2023. Along with the job, Colt earned his bachelor’s degree in business management at East Carolina University. He couldn’t shake the thought that his next career move should be pursuing his longtime interest: real estate. He is now a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage , not only the #1 real estate company in his hometown of Fayetteville, N.C., but tops nationally in the Coldwell Banker franchise system. Trips to the beach and golfing are other favorite pastimes.
