Charles Fennell is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville NC. A licensed REALTOR since 2006 Charles applies his 24 years of military experience to selling homes. Charles has always incorporated his smart home knowledge and technology into selling homes and believes building relationships and teaching clients how to utilize technology in their homes is just one part of his success. Charles loves spending time with his family on the road in the RV to parts known and unknown. Alongside his wife Jenifer and four kids they find new ways to enjoy downtime together. He's an avid Spartan obstacle course runner and encourages others to get out and move. He loves living surrounded by the rich military history at Ft Bragg NC.
