About Brandi

For Brandi Bullock , business and real estate have been longtime passions. In 2005, while still in college, she began working a “summer job” as a real estate paralegal in an attorney’s office. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a music education degree, she continued to work summers there. “I left teaching music in 2015, and after I completed my MBA, I returned to the law office to work as the office manager.” In 2017, Brandi earned her real estate license. She is now a trusted agent on the #1 national award-winning team of Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C. A master at organization, Brandi has an expertise in marketing and investments – and her real estate knowledge has served her well on a personal level. She and husband, Matt (also a CBA agent) have an investment condo named “Waves of Grace” in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Brandi is particularly interested in working with investors and other buyers and sellers in the Gray’s Creek/Hope Mills area, where she and Matt make their own home with a young daughter and son, Carolina and Caleb. An Aussiedoodle named Callie Mae completes the family. “My life motto is, ‘See a need, fill a need,’” Brandi says, “so I look forward to helping my clients discover exactly what their needs are – and helping them find the perfect properties to fill those needs!” When not working, Brandi enjoys playing flute and piano and singing at church.
