Suzanne (Sue) Shults has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and is actively licensed in North Carolina and New Jersey. In North Carolina, Sue is primarily focused in and around Forsyth County and Stokes County (where she is a resident). However, she collaborates on real estate throughout the entire state. The knowledge Sue has of her industry and community comes from a combination of academic studies and hands-on involvement. She earned her degree in BA at Rutgers University, NJ 1994, her New Jersey Real Estate License in 2015 and finally her North Carolina Real Estate License in 2019 after relocating to the state that year. Sue is presently involved in real estate and real estate events in both states. In addition to being an agent, Sue also oversees all transactions and marketing as the Executive Administrator/Transaction Coordinator for The Jenny's Homes Group, a national real estate team. Sue has an amazing attention to detail and expertly assists in all aspects of the team's transactions for their clients.
