Originally from Lexington NC, Shannon Marshall has been serving the Triad and Charlotte area as a Realtor® since 2021. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Shannon worked in Sales previously and taking care of people is her passion! She especially likes walking first-time home buyers through the process of purchasing a home. In addition to providing her clientele with excellent service, Shannon also enjoys cooking and traveling to different places.
