About me... I grew up in Charlotte and have lived in numerous neighborhoods in the area. My family had a cottage at Lake Norman for many years and we enjoyed many summers on the water. Since then I have made purchases at Lake Norman and Charlotte and have extensive knowledge of what both areas have to offer. NC licensed Broker since 2001. Working as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential is a great way to be able to provide specialized service to prospective clients in geographical areas that they might not otherwise have access to with other companies. Many clients come to the area without any knowledge of what areas might be a good fit for them. I enjoy finding out what their needs are, and developing a strategy to locating the home that best fits their motivations. As for sellers, I understand the selling process with 18 years of experience as a full time Broker. I understand how to see a property from a buyer's perspective and am able to "coach" sellers in a way to make their properties the most desirable to potential buyers.
