Although I was not born in Charlotte; I have lived in Charlotte since 1979. I have seen it grow. I moved here from NY and bought a home with my family in the Charlotte area. It was hard to leave my friends, my church, and my former neighborhood. We choose to purchase a new construction. Our home was one of the first built in our neighborhood. It was amazing to see the development grow. I know the stress involved with moving your family. Any challenge is just another success. Each step of the process is important. I offer exceptional service to potential home buyers, sellers and investors in the greater Charlotte metro area. My career as a professional, responsive, and attentive real estate agent began twenty five years ago. As an alumna of the University of NC at Chapel Hill; my expertise includes helping clients navigate the complexities of home purchasing, making their experience seamless. In addition, I have built up a great network of professionals including lenders, repair men, inspectors, roofers, electricians, and other vendors that can help navigate the process of home sales. Not only am I passionate about educating home buyers and sellers; I also find it fulfilling to help new residents make good connections with their neighbors by offering a welcome party after closing.
