About Nina

My Background I began my real estate career in 1992 in New York City with the Halstead Property Company. Since 1998, I've been a residential real estate broker in the Greater Charlotte region in North Carolina. I am licensed in both North and South Carolina, Prior to entering the real estate profession, I spent 18 years in corporate finance, working as a senior financial executive in Fortune 500 companies such as MM/Mars, Supermarkets General, The Great AP Tea Company, The Bank of California. I've also lived overseas in Paris, London, Abu Dhabi. During my time overseas I was a board member of the American Women's Group in Paris. My education includes a BA degree in Public International Affairs from The George Washington University; an MBA in Finance Administration from Fordham University; and I'm a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. In 2010 I was named one of The 50 Most Influential Women In Charlotte by the Mecklenburg Times. I've has been named a 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Agent annually by Charlotte Magazine since 2007. In 2016 I was named one of the 100 Most Influential Agents in North Carolina. My family includes my husband, Christiaan, a retired international banker, two daughters, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, my cat, Mr. Marlow and my dog, Bingo.
