A native of Greensboro, Nina Burdette made her way to Charlotte in 2013, driven by a desire for growth and opportunity. Initially drawn to the city's bustling service industry scene, Nina soon found herself captivated by the region's thriving economic development and real estate boom. Her journey into the world of real estate began after spending fourteen successful years in the service industry, where she honed her excellent skills in customer service, marketing, and strategic planning. This background seamlessly translated into her role as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and eventually getting her South Carolina license as she moved into the surrounding South Carolina markets.
