About Meredith

I grew up in the foothills of North Carolina and moved to Charlotte in 1993 to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Since then, I have been a resident of the greater Charlotte area. My career began with performing title searches at the Register of Deeds office for an attorney, which sparked my interest in real estate. I subsequently became a certified paralegal and have collaborated with several attorneys in the Charlotte region. Over the past few years, I have become a licensed title underwriter for both North Carolina and South Carolina, accumulating over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Transitioning to a realtor felt like a natural progression, given my extensive background and interactions with numerous realtors over the years. I am enthusiastic about this new chapter and eager to continue learning and growing in this field. In my personal time, I am an avid sports fan, particularly of the Tarheels and the Panthers. I also enjoy participating in various sports activities. My adventurous spirit has led me to experiences such as skydiving and hang gliding, and I am looking forward to dune hang gliding at the Outer Banks for my birthday this year. My constant companion is my eight-year-old chihuahua mix, Ollie, who accompanies me almost everywhere. I frequently visit the foothills to spend time with my family and enjoy the company of my nieces and nephews.
