Since 2017, Lance Branham has been the driving force behind Coldwell Banker Realty's Ballantyne Office and most recently Fort Mill, serving as Broker in Charge. His leadership is defined by a dedication to production power, coaching to confidence, fostering a dynamic culture, and enabling his brokers to create wealth. Lance's offices specialize in both commercial and residential real estate across North and South Carolina, offering comprehensive expertise in these markets. Lance, a proud native of Blythewood, SC, began his real estate journey in 2004 with David Weekley Homes, where he gained invaluable experience in construction and development. This foundational knowledge has enabled him to guide his team with unique insights into the industry. His commitment to excellence has been recognized with the prestigious President's Council Annual Award, which he has received six times! Outside the office, Lance enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, RileyAnn. He is passionate about golf, loves to travel to the beach, and is a self-proclaimed wannabe pitmaster, always eager to use his smoker!
