About me Jerry has resided in Charlotte for almost 50 years and has watched Charlotte grow from a sleepy, southern, textile community, to a thriving metropolitan city. His extensive knowledge of the Charlotte metro area makes him qualified to help natives as well as newcomers to our area. Jerry has a background in construction with over 15 years in the commercial restoration field in the Charlotte area. Jerry and his wife Regina work as a team and have over 10 years experience in investing, buying and selling real estate. Regina is a N.C. native having spent most of her life in the Triad area before relocating 10 years ago. She has been a business owner for over 20 years and utilizes her experience in business and customer service to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Jerry and Regina are both avid football fans and enjoy spending time with their many friends and family.
