I believe that every client and every property is unique. I understand the importance of taking the time and care of knowing my client's goals and objectives. My goal in each transaction is to help my clients reach those goals while making the home buying or selling process as stress free as possible. I have been a full time broker working in the Charlotte Metro area for the past 10 years. During this time I have seen the real estate market go through some changes, and adapting to these changes has contributed a great deal to my success. I focus on all areas of real estate including but not limited to: luxury, short sales, HUD, REO/bank owned, first time home buyers and investment properties.
