I embarked on a career in real estate in 2004. My career history offers a unique blend of expertise that is a value-added in the real estate industry. A degree in Finance from Florida State University, years of experience as a loan officer, and real estate contract negotiator. All of my expertise and experience is focused on a deeply personal endeavor, buying a home. "My expertise is found in guiding my clients through the entire process of purchasing their dream home." In 2007 I decided to relocate my career and family to Charlotte, North Carolina. I achieved the International Diamond Society award with Coldwell Banker in the Carolinas. I added to my professional portfolio memberships in the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and the National Board of Realtors and earned real estate licensures in North Carolina and South Carolina. "Real estate licensures in both states means my clients will have more options while searching for a new home and a much greater chance of falling in love with one. In fact, I have a referral network of qualified agents around the world ready to assist me in finding real estate solutions."
