Hello! I am Boyana Meric, a Coldwell Banker licensed NC/SC real estate broker and interior designer. I hold an Arts and Design B.A., an Interior Design MA, and have worked closely with builders, architects, and designers in Charlotte over 15 years. I have a keen eye for trend spotting, and know-how when it comes to essential presale and post-sale details. Additionally, I include complimentary client staging and complimentary after-sale design services. BALANCE+PERSONAL LIFE My passion for real estate and design is fused with my dedication to my clients, family, community and charities; 1.5% of my real estate income is donated to a charity of my client's choosing. Over the last year alone we have donated over $1500 to various charities domestically and around the world. I balance my time with my inner family circle: hiking with my doodle Murphy, dining and wining in fabulous Charlotte restaurants with my husband and our friends, watching my daughter play golf who is on women's golf team at the Appalachian State University or visiting our son who lives in Atlanta, GA.
